Chad Balthrop has served Owasso's First Baptist Church since 2002. As Executive Pastor, he oversees strategic development for staff and volunteer leaders, as well as campus and finance. He is coauthor of The Character Based Leader: Instigating a Leadership Revolution One Person at a Time, and Everyday People: The Divine Story of God's Relentless Affection for You, a 6-week small group study of Hebrews 11. He is a contributing writer for the LeadChangeGroup.com and has produced several video resources for teaching and small groups available at theFarpoint.org. Chad and his wife have four children.
