About Bob Feitl

Bob Feitl has been called a “Dean of Executive Pastors.” After 20 yrs of international corporate leadership God called him to 25 years’ as an XP. These days he uses that background to provide coaching to XPs since he can empathize with nearly any situation. Whether it is vision and values development, staff relationships, organizational change, growth management or traditional pastoral responsibilities, Bob has been there. His pastor’s heart drives his leadership and coaching style. He was co-founder of the Executive Pastor’s Network in Southern California and is a coach with Full Strength Network a national counseling & coaching ministry for pastors. Previous to becoming an Executive Pastor, he worked for eighteen years as an architect and project construction manager in the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S. on projects that ranged from $40 to $800 million.
