- Ken on mentoring was fabulous. I appreciate very much the 5Functions. Connecting with other XPs.
- The room and the lunch were outstanding! Great mix of participants.
- Mentoring - this is something that really interests me. I have struggled to know what this means & this forum clarifies to me what it means. Frankness - open interaction is very useful.
- Finding out what other pastors are doing. Open sessions. Discussion on 5 Functions.
- The formal presentations. The open dialogue.
- Ken on mentoring. Networking.
- Meeting with other XPs. Great environment for interaction. The open forum worked well, but the content time we needed to set the stage.
- Meeting other XPastors. Ken Warren - mentoring. D. Fletcher on 5 Functions.
- Conversations around pertinent topics. Great group of people. Good mix of discussion topics and presented topics.
