Highlights

  • The sessions were very informative. I was given tools and insight to make change and manage our church more effectively.

Things I would change

  • Add half to a full day more
  • Offer a beginning, intermediate, and advanced track for the Pastor Power Seminars. Create the seminars based upon this process

  • Location - consider further west

  • Knowing further in advance re: dates
  • Topic of building a team (5 Dysfunctions of a Team) and tools to help
  • I always learn from case studies
  • More time to get to know other participants to build relationships/network
  • Maybe more time for interaction and exchanging ideas
  • Add an extra day to the workshop. The experience and wealth of knowledge in this room is staggering and I would have wanted more time.
  • It would have been helpful to have a legal expert to address those issues
  • I wish we could have covered the practicalities of firing someone just as we got an outline for hiring.

  • Great blend of practical and interactive discussion - very effective. The Q&A - love it!

  • The format of lecture, interaction at the tables and then the sharing ideas from all tables. Good interaction in small group and large group. Great flow. Well organized and delivered. Quality of materials. Powerful content - so much to think about.

  • Informal networking. Connection with other pastors. Interactive time, helpful to hear from peers. Interaction with others in my position. Intentional networking
