- Offer a beginning, intermediate, and advanced track for the Pastor Power Seminars. Create the seminars based upon this process

- Topic of building a team (5 Dysfunctions of a Team) and tools to help
- I always learn from case studies
- More time to get to know other participants to build relationships/network
